HighFive Hackathon
Hur kan vi skapa framtidens offentliga miljöer med hjälp av ny teknik, kreativitet och nya perspektiv?
Under 24 kreativa timmar får du tillsammans med andra studenter utforska ett verkligt samhällscase från Halmstads kommuns stadsmiljöavdelning med fokus på hur framtidens mötesplatser kan bli smartare, tryggare och mer hållbara.
Under hackathonet arbetar ni i team där ni tillsammans får tänka nytt, utveckla idéer och bygga lösningar tillsammans med studenter från olika utbildningar.

Du behöver aldrig ha deltagit i ett hackathon tidigare för att vara med och du behöver inte kunna koda eller vara “teknisk”. HighFive Hackathon handlar om att tänka nytt, skapa tillsammans och testa idéer med andra studenter.
Kom som du är, oavsett vad du pluggar.
Vi tror att de bästa idéerna uppstår när människor med olika perspektiv möts och därför är hackathonet öppet för alla studenter på Högskolan i Halmstad.

How can we create the public environments of the future using new technology, creativity, and fresh perspectives?
During 24 creative hours, you and other students will explore a real societal case from the City Environment Department of Halmstad Municipality, focusing on how the meeting places of the future can become smarter, safer, and more sustainable.
During the hackathon, you will work in teams where you will think differently, develop ideas, and build solutions together with students from different fields of study.
During the 24 hours, you will:

You do not need to have participated in a hackathon before to join, and you do not need to know how to code or be “technical.” HighFive Hackathon is about thinking differently, creating together, and testing ideas with other students.
Come as you are, no matter what you study.
We believe that the best ideas emerge when people with different perspectives come together, and therefore the hackathon is open to all students at Halmstad University.
